I posted an article titled SaaS Vendors Should Learn from Netflix on the Sixteen Ventures blog after reading a story about the great, proactive Customer Service at Netflix. It made for a great analogy for SaaS Vendors (though Netflix itself is SaaS by definition), and by extrapolation Blockbuster (or an analog) is like a Legacy Software vendor.
